Returns and Refunds
Along with us, you would have put in enormous amount of time and efforts in customising the product you wanted – exclusive and unique to your taste and preferences. Hence, it is something that cannot be returned and refunded. Unless there is a manufacturing defect (Please read our Manufacturer Warranty). Loose gemstones once mounted in any metal, cannot be returned or refunded.
For our other products including the Gemstones, we have a 7 day return policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, not sprayed on with any kind of perfume, unsoiled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All material including invoice, tags, cards, box, wrapping must be returned along with the product.Our Shipping partner shall be conducting a thorough inspection before bringing the product back to us.
Please note that incase of full/partial return of goods the corresponding GST charges of 3% as well as transaction charges of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount. The shipment charges incurred for dispatch of the return item will have to be borne by the buyer.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and also of the approval or rejection of your refund claim. If the claim has been approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-15 days.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
